Terms and Conditions
Effective from 7 October 2026.
1. Seller
TURING trgovina in storitve d.o.o., Brnčičeva ulica 5, 1231 Ljubljana-Črnuče, Slovenija. Registration number: 2233711000. VAT ID: SI52070310.
We sell food under the name Kratko, a sladko. Contact: info@kratkoasladko.si.
2. What we sell
Through foodtruck.pisarna.co we sell prepared meals (menus) that you collect in person at our food truck: on the chosen day, in the chosen time slot, at the location given for that day. There is no delivery.
The offer, prices, locations and free time slots are published on the website for each day. The number of meals per time slot is limited, as shown when you order. Each menu shows its allergens before you order (section 8).
3. Ordering and conclusion of the contract
- You choose a day, menus and quantities, and a pickup slot.
- You enter your name, e-mail address and phone number and, optionally, a note, a discount code and company details if you order as a company. We use your phone number only to contact you about your order, never for marketing.
- Before paying you see a summary of the order, the total including VAT and the deadline for free cancellation.
- You place the order by clicking the pay button and pay on Stripe's payment page. By placing the order you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. The payment page stays open for 30 minutes; we hold your meals for that long.
- The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed. We then e-mail you the order confirmation with the order number, a QR code for pickup, the cancellation deadline and link, and links to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
If the payment fails or is not completed within 30 minutes, no contract is concluded and the meals are released.
The contract is concluded in Slovenian. Orders are kept electronically; the confirmation e-mail is your copy. You can print or save these terms from this page at any time.
For orders larger than a time slot has room for, write to us at info@kratkoasladko.si.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are in euros and include VAT (9.5 % for food and the preparation of meals). The price shown when you place the order applies.
- You pay by card through Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland). We never see or store your card details.
- Discount codes: you can enter one code before paying. The discount is shown before payment and applied to the amount charged. A code that would leave less than €0.50 to pay (the minimum card payment) is not accepted. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- We e-mail you the invoice for your order on the pickup day, also if you do not collect it.
5. Pickup and handling the food
- Collect your order in the chosen slot at the location given for that day. Show the QR code from the confirmation or give the order number.
- We may let you know by e-mail when your order is ready.
- Uncollected orders: food not collected by the end of the pickup day is not kept. As it was prepared for you, the payment is not refunded.
- The food is prepared to be eaten straight away: eat it as soon as possible after pickup. We are not responsible for the food after pickup (transport, storage, reheating); if you do not eat it straight away, keep it in the fridge.
6. Cancelling an order
By the customer. You can cancel your order free of charge with the link in the confirmation e-mail, up to the cancellation deadline shown when you order and stated in the confirmation. After cancelling we refund the full amount paid to the card you paid with; it usually appears within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank. After the deadline the order can no longer be cancelled.
By the seller. We may cancel an order we cannot fulfil (e.g. missing ingredients, a breakdown, weather or force majeure). We tell you by e-mail, with the reason where possible, and refund the full amount paid to your card. If the automatic refund fails, we tell you and arrange the refund by hand.
7. Right of withdrawal
A consumer can usually withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Under the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1) and Directive 2011/83/EU this right does not apply to goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly, nor to food preparation services where the contract provides for a specific date of performance.
An order of meals for pickup on a chosen day falls under these exceptions, so there is no right of withdrawal. You can nevertheless cancel it free of charge until the deadline in section 6.
8. Allergens
Each menu shows, before you add it to your basket, the allergens it contains (the 14 allergens of Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011) and any note, for example about possible traces.
Where a menu says allergen information has not been entered, ask us before ordering at info@kratkoasladko.si. You can state special requests in the order note, but in a kitchen where different dishes are prepared we cannot fully rule out contact with other allergens.
9. Company orders
You can order as a company by entering the company name, address, country, tax number or VAT ID, VAT status and, optionally, a purchase-order number. The invoice is issued to the company. The details cannot be changed after payment; a mistake is corrected with a credit note and a new invoice. Consumer-protection provisions do not apply to company orders.
10. Complaints and defects
If something is wrong with the food, tell us as soon as possible — ideally at pickup, otherwise by e-mail to info@kratkoasladko.si — with the order number and a description (a photo helps). We acknowledge a complaint within 8 working days and let you know how we will resolve it. We are liable for defects under the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act and the Obligations Code.
11. Out-of-court dispute resolution
We aim to settle disputes amicably; write to us at info@kratkoasladko.si. Under the Slovenian Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes Act (ZIsRPS), the seller does not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent for disputes a consumer might bring.
12. Data protection
We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Final provisions
The contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia; a consumer keeps the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Disputes are decided by the court competent under the law.
We may change these terms. Each order is governed by the terms published when it was placed.
